In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients and growing the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client service excellence: Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Guiding policy administration support in handling all aspects of policy administration, from invoicing to documentation processing.
- Risk management: Assisting with risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
- Working with the Claims Manager providing technical advice: Supporting clients throughout the claims process, ensuring smooth resolution.
- Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Business development: Contributing to the development of new business opportunities through client interaction and referrals.
You're a perfect fit if you possess:
- Proven experience in insurance broking.
- Tier 1 essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with broking software experience.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a client-first approach.
