We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Prestart Consultant to join a team!
In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients embarking on new home builds.
Here's what you'll do:
- Guide clients through pre-start meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Champion company values and safety procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including prompt responses to inquiries.
- Oversee pre-start selections and liaise with the colour selections team.
- Manage deadlines for pre-start final plans and ensure accuracy.
- Keep clients informed throughout the process and address any concerns.
- Assist with scheduling and implementing established procedures.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in residential building.
- Extensive customer service expertise.
- A current driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid construction knowledge.
- Clients and other visitors
- Internal teams including Administration, Operations, Sales, Drafting, and Estimating
- Local Shires and Reception
