GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Establish a monthly plan including targets; work closely with and understand the needs, issues and concerns of the brokers; Identify areas of continuous improvement and reducing / eliminating risks; Undertake all administrative functions to: run reports, seeks instructions, process cancellations, notify clients and fee management; Data analytics and reporting; Identify systemic issues and breaches; Coordinate arrangements between insures and brokers

Reports to Management
Has authority and responsibility for efficient, competent and friendly performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
3+ years in General Insurance and/or Broking Practice
The ability to work autonomously
Financial understanding of debtor management
The ability to develop and execute against a robust action plan and achieving targets
Experience working with Broking Platforms (WinBEAT desirable)
Understanding of the end to end broking experience for the Broker, client and underwriter.
Previous experience in customer service role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Ability to meet customer needs and set clear expectations
Strong IT and computer literacy skills
General Insurance (or financial services), Tier 2 (desirable)
