JOB/DUTY DESCRIPTION: In essence promoting the range of services to new and existing clients, though if a good relationship is established may include complete account management including recruitment; developing good relationships; keeping informed of business conditions and information; collecting information which may affect recruitment & sales progress; recommending solutions to problems; preparing newsletters; maintaining and expanding social media presence; contributing marketing, sales and process ideas. You will be responsible for your own administration Recruitment/account management side may include shortlisting advert response, prescreening via phone or email, interviewing, answering phones, taking candidate enquiries, reference checking, file searching; and any other responsibilities pertinent to the success of the organisation.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: Recruitment agency experience essential.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: Good standard of education
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE: Bullhorn [preferred] and Microsoft office experience is essential.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Great communication skills. Familiar and comfortable with cloud based CRM/ATS.
