GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Assisting the Manager in providing the highest level of customer services to a portfolio of clients; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the insured, Underwriters and other key stakeholders; Focus is processing of renewals, endorsements, some new business quotes and all other broking duties; demonstrating initiative and a strong desire to learn; general administration duties; Assisting the Division Manager with management of the office and staff generally.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Management.
Has authority and responsibility for the friendly, efficient and accurate performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have Tier 1 and experience in general insurance broking.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Experience with broking software is essential.
A well established successful broking firm in the Western Suburbs.
