ROLE

GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -

Administration support to the scheduling department; data entry; creation of purchase orders; quote requests; liaison with supervisors; liaison with office staff; filing; and anything else that will help with the smooth running of the department and building company.

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

Reports to Scheduling Manager and all other management staff.
Has authority and responsibility for accurate and on time performance of duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Above average school marks, specifically maths and english; some exposure to construction or construction focused studies looked upon favourably. High attention to detail and a 'get on with it attitude essential.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Hands on experience with Excel and Microsoft at an intermediate level is essential.
