One of Western Australia's leading construction firms-based in a display-flexible hours, $52k base - commission split. 14 day roster Alternate w/e's Sat 9 - 4 Sun 12 - 4 1 wk 3 days 1 wk 4 days

GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -

Based out of a display the position involves liaising with potentials clients and providing solutions;

Administration Support to the Senior Sales Executive, and being trained/mentored to be s Sales Executive;

Assisting with design and advising on surrounding landscaping;

Working closely with in-house finance, operations and the landscaping teams;

Proactively source new leads and service existing clientele;

Good work life balance.

Participating in ongoing training and development.

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

Reports to the Sale Manager and Senior Sales Executive

Has authority and responsibility for meeting activity and sales key performance indicators.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You will need to have recent experience in administration [and hopefully some sales exposure] preferably within the residential building or landscaping industries;

Highly motivated;

Excelling selling, communication and negotiation skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Familiar with CRM software.
