ROLE
This role involves responding to customer enquiries, scheduling completion and service works, and providing support to the Logistics Scheduler and Customer Service team as required.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Assist customers by dealing with service queries; Allocate service calls to service technicians; Update computer system with completion dates; Follow up communications to customers on completion services timeframes; Booking and confirmation of handovers with technicians and customers. Any and all other duties
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Scheduler & Operations Manager
Has authority and responsibility for friendly effective and competent performance of duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have exceptional administration skills, be able to multi task and be diplomatic. Great verbal and written communication skills.
