JOB/DUTY DESCRIPTION: The client will give you a realistic job preview at interview - though in essence role will include processing of new business, renewals and endorsements to policies; processing of claims and forwarding claims paperwork as needed; maintaining claims files; coordinating underwriter payments; credit control; assisting senior staff with arranging appointments; assisting senior staff with client reviews; administering and quoting premium funding; answering the phone; assisting with reception; filing; mail; any and everything to help with the running of a successful business.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous broking experience preferred.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: Tier 1 preferred.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft office experience, and broking software preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Good keyboard, oral and written communication skills essential.
HOURS: Usual business hours.
