SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Processing new business, endorsements, renewals and cancelations; Answering client phone calls and managing general enquiries; Providing high levels of service to clients and insurer partners; Providing quotations; Producing monthly production reports to insurers; Maintenance of system databases [Excel & Insight]; any and all other duties.
WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to Management Team and works with a friendly team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have recent experience in general insurance. Whilst broking is preferred, if you worked in claims or underwriting you'll definitely be considered.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Be organised. Working knowledge of Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
