Long term career opportunity for a Senior Broker to join a thriving Financial Lines team within Perth office.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Maintaining strong relationships and trust with an existing portfolio of clients, based on demonstrated ability to manage accounts both smoothly and professionally. Have a strong business development approach towards business development to assist with continued growth in the sector. Ensuring client needs are identified and met by taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients. Design, implement and manage appropriate insurance solutions including developing solutions to exposures in multiple jurisdictions. Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our underwriting partners. Develop and train Account Executives, and act as a positive role model in the business. Support people management strategies by actively supporting staff in the team so as to maximize their contribution to business objectives while maintaining their job satisfaction and personal development. Reports to Senior Management.
Has authority and responsibility for proactively, efficiently and effective performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
It is preferred you have around 7 years experience in financial lines [broking and/or underwriting and/or the legal profession]
