GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - full team management role including performance management; advising claims officers on technical issues; implementing and ensuring processes are adhered to; managing kpi's; preparing management reporting; managing resources and ensuring coverage; any and all other duties
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to National Management
Has authority and responsibility for timely efficient and smooth running of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have team management and commercial claims experience.
