GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -
Respond to enquiries and requests for action from clients and manger; Prepare each client group in readiness for online renewal processing and attending to calls from clients seeking assistance. This includes gathering underwriting information from underwriters; Providing and following up on quotations obtained via the portal and not proceeded; Processing of endorsements/amendments manually; Providing claims support as required; Providing assistance with the collection of premiums on outstanding debts; Attending to enquiries; Assist with office administration duties when necessary
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Management
Has authority and responsibility for the friendly and accurate performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have Tier 1.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Technical Insurance/Broking skills in accordance with PS 146 competencies including in insurance products, legislative obligations, claims processes, invoicing procedures, literacy in technology and systems, in particular word processing
Winbeat experience looked upon favourably.
