Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Providing competitive and up-to-date portfolio placements for clients; providing mentoring and guidance to team members; managing and minimising outstanding debtors; maximising broking fees / fee Income; maintaining a high level of client retention; the servicing of claims queries and issues; demonstrating leadership to all team members; any and all other duties
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to the Division Manager
Has authority and responsibility for friendly, competent, timely performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have Tier 1 and recent experience as a broker within the SME space.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Experience with broking software is essential.
