GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Being a trusted advisor to a medium sized book [$500k] of SME clients with the assistance of an experience Assistant Broker; meeting all legislative requirements; working towards realistic KPI's; maintaining insurance knowledge; being hands on when necessary; any and all other duties.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Executive Manager
Has authority and responsibility for growing a book of business, friendly and competent performance of duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
3 or more years experience as an Account Manager is preferred. Tier 1 is essential.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Broking software knowledge essential.
