GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -
All aspects of broking, include be trained to manage your own clients - becoming their trusted insurance advisor, retaining and acquiring new business; presenting recommendations; providing GI insurance advice; developing good relationships; monitoring and controlling expenditures; credit control; maintaining appropriate knowledge of industry, markets and products; overseeing and preparing documentation that implements clients instructions; Any and all other duties.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to the Managing Broker and the Executive Team
Has authority and responsibility for accurate and timely performance of required duties and responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have experience working within a team. Experience within an office, a talent for client contact and business development looked upon favourably. General insurance experience not essential.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Communication skills both written and oral
