ROLE
Work for an award winning 'employer of choice' in Osborne Park
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - admin assistant for payroll function; processing invoices; investigating and resolving queries; some ad-hoc accounting analysis; general administrative duties; filing; and any all other duties as required.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to the Company Accountant and Assistant Accountant.
Has authority and responsibility for the timely and accurate performance of all duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have a year or two's experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
A good level of Microsoft office & Excel is essential.
