The role liaises with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. The core duty of the role is to manage and process the payroll and commissions functions. This is a fast paced role with tight deadlines and many key stakeholders
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Managing the payroll function
- Payroll forecasting
- Process monthly journals
- Update monthly working papers
- Immediate month end report preparation
- Balancing sheet reconciliation
- Ensure BAS, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax are paid and processed
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Ad-hoc accounting analysis
