GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include Servicing a portfolio of existing clients and developing relationships with new clients; Provide support and administrative assistance; Handling queries and attend to the relevant request (quotations, cover notes, endorsements); Debtor management by monitoring outstanding payments; Handle claims on behalf of clients liaising with Claims and Brokers where necessary; Assisting to meet sales targets and compliance requirements; Data management; Liaising and maintaining relationships with both clients and insurers;
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Division Manager/Broker.
Has authority and responsibility for accurate, timely and friendly performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have tier 1 and 2 or more years insurance broking experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Microsoft office, excel and broking software experience essential.
