GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Maintaining client and insurer relationships above specified service levels; monthly renewals; assisting with administering claims; assisting with new business; endorsements; assisting Account Managers with providing liaison point between clients and insurers in relation to new business quotes, issuing cover and policies; maintaining education and compliance; working as part of a team; continued compliance with codes, policies and procedures.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Account Manager and Executives
Has authority and responsibility for the efficient, accurate and friendly performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
It is hoped you will have broking experience and tier1, though at least recent general insurance experience is essential.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Good hands on experience with integrated CRM and microsoft office.
Located in CBD fringes, easy access via public transport.
