GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Facilitate the financial advice process from start to finish; Client meeting preparation - for both new and existing clients; Client Communication - phone calls, e-mails, and liaise with clients; Liaise with advisers to ensure all documentation received and completed correctly; Preparing client files for SoA production and annual reviews; Liaise with advisers to organise quotes. product comparisons and document preparation including SoA's, applications, payments, rollovers etc; Complete ongoing compliance checks and embrace a quality compliance culture; Adviser support - daily support, follow-ups and directed actions as required; CRM maintenance and accounts maintenance; Implementation of financial planning strategies including Insurances, Superannuation & Investment applications; FDS reports and Opt In management; Submit and prepare files for paraplanning, SA preparation; Facilitate product Comparisons and policy calls; Liaising with Advisers and other key stakeholders to ensure all client requirements are actioned; Some administration support including reception duties, answering phones, greeting guests and assisting with managing office supplies and mail requirements.

Reports to Head of Advice and Key Accounts
Has authority and responsibility for efficient and friendly performance of duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have experience within a financial advisory and/or superannuation firm.
Studies towards a Diploma in Financial Planning looked upon favourably.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Competent Microsoft office suite of software and financial planning software essential.
