PR & Media Relations for one of Australia's leading companies.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - Internal and external corporate communications for the Group; PR and media relations for Group and leadership team; management and implementation of external communications using channels such as the website, social media platforms and corporate collateral; Management and execution of the internal communications plan to ensure that it is delivered on time, effectively and targeted; Event coordination and internal communications for functions.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Executive General Manager
Has authority and responsibility for timely, effective and accurate performance of duties/responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have a formal qualification in journalism, communications or marketing plus 5 or more years experience in a similar role.
TECHNICAL SKILLS, ABILITIES & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
A high level of experience in MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite; Ability to script and produce [including editing] of videos; Capability in management a Content Management System for a website.
