A unique role managing site installation staff as well as assisting Operations Manager with management of office team
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -
Manage domestic and commercial projects; Ensuring safety including safety and quality audits plus implementing procedures; management of daily schedules; manage employee and contractor network requirements, targets and capabilities; manage contractor relationships and negotiations; management reporting to management and stakeholders as well as evaluating against KPIs; develop business cases as required.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to Management and Stakeholders
Has authority and responsibility for the timely efficient and friendly performance of the role.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have experience in residential construction at a management level as well as good exposure to site management. A 'c' class licence. A white card
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Good hands on experience with current computer software
Perth based firm with an international reach.
