GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - daily processing of invoices [around 400 - 500 per month]; daily bank reconciliations; reconcile and process credit card statements; liaise with clients, monitor debtors and handle queries; reception duties including answering the telephone and visitor management; adhoc administration duties as required.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to the management team
Has authority and responsibility for accurate, prompt and friendly performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Good standard of education, along with previous stable work history encompassing recent accounts duties.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
You will need to have good intermediate excel and fast accurate data entry skills.
