GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include -
Working closely with clients and designers to provide suitable solutions;
Utilising your design flair to enhance their project; providing exceptional customer service to bring a first-class building experience to clients;
Ensure the displays homes are maintained at the highest standard of presentation;
Managing display visitors, following up leads and achieving sales targets;
Attending management meetings on a weekly basis.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to the Sales Manager & Executive Team.
Has authority and responsibility for achieving sales targets and provide exceptional client service.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:-
A minimum of 5 years new homes sales experience;
Experience 2 or 3 story homes;
Design experience is preferred though not essential;
A professional & innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
Great industry networking and customer service skills;
Well developed organisational and client management capabilities;
A current drivers license and motor vehicle
NB: The pre-employment process will include a national police check.
