Established boutique broking firm has an opportunity for an experienced broker with a book to transition. A perfect divestment and role opportunity.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS

Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include being the trusted advisor to clients, all aspects of broking, include managing your own clients, retaining and acquiring new business; presenting recommendations; providing GI insurance advice; developing good relationships; lead, motivate, counsel and develop staff; monitoring and controlling expenditures; credit control; maintaining appropriate knowledge of industry, markets and products; overseeing and preparing documentation that implements clients instructions; delegating of claims, processing and accounts to a centralised centre; Any and all other duties

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

Reports to the Managing Director
Has authority and responsibility for management of own clients

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You will need to have experience as a broker, full accreditation, a transferrable book [the client will purchase any book, including that owned by another party]

TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Broking software knowledge essential.
