Assisting treasured clients with managing worker compensation claims across several states with a strong focus on injury management
GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
Will be provided in detail at client interview but will include - develop and manager workers compensation portfolio across all states/territories; assisting clients with the management of their workers compensation claims with a focus on injury management; providing support to Account Managers and the Injury Management team from both a technical and administrative perspective.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
Reports to National Manager - Injury Management.
Has authority and responsibility for timely and accurate performance of duties and meeting of responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You will need to have experience with technical workers compensation case and injury management covering insurance procedures, legislative obligations, Workers compensation and Injury Management claims processes A Diploma of Injury Management is held in high regard.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Intermediate / advanced knowledge of MS Office programs [ word, excel, outlook and powerpoint ]
