Opportunity of a life time to join wealthy private investment company and maintain accounting records for around 30 companies involved in subdivisions, investments, syndicates and SMF's. Working as part of a smaller high energy dynamic team you will also assist with general administration.
JOB/DUTY DESCRIPTION: This role encompasses accounts payable; accounts receivable; adjusting transactions and reconciliations; bank reconciliations; petty cash; payroll [small]; assists in the preparation of financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Trial Balance; in due course may assist with preparing Business Activity Statements [BAS]; general administration; Personal Assistant duties; filing; answering the phone; attending the queries from the external entities; any and all other duties.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: Recent proven experience with AP, AR, bank reconciliations and administration duties within Australia is essential
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: A good standard of education is essential. The client is not necessarily seeking a tertiary qualification.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE: Competent computer skills are essential. Experience with XERO, MYOB or Quickbooks is essential.
SKILLS REQUIRED: High level of oral and written communication skills.

MISCELLANEOUS: The company is located in the northern suburbs and the client prefers someone who lives north of the Perth CBD
HOURS: Office hours are 8 - 4.30 with an hour for lunch. There is some flexibility with working hours but the client requires a minimum of 4 contact days per week.
