Job Description

Fast paced, friendly, positive team in a family run insurance repair [construction] business in the southern suburbs. Full time or part time 9 - 5 minimum 3 days per week.

SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL

Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - providing administrative support to supervisors, the General Manager and Administration Manager. Main duties include telephone customer service and email support, data entry, typing of reports and associated documentation plus administration assistance where required.

Position can be flexible, either full time or permanent part time, with a. minimum of 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm. Note that if you opt for part time there may be times when you will be required to work additional days/hours when other administration staff are on leave.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

Reports to the General Manager and Administration Manager working with a fast, efficient, friendly, positive team.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

Previous recent administration experience essential. Demonstrated experience multi-tasking, prioritization and problem solving.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

You will need to have good working knowledge of office equipment, office management tools plus intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Very good keyboard skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
