SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Maintains and develops contacts outside of immediate work areas; Collect, verify, collate and present statistics to identify trends in performance; develop and deliver prestart & toolbox talks; utilise and provides HSE Management System (HSEMS); conducts accident investigations; manages data; carries out health and safety inspections; assists with Risk Management tool development such as prestart briefing /JHA and SWMS); assist with implementation of appropriate actions to implement the HSEMS, legislative and client contractual requirements; conducting regular HSE checks; supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive strategies; Keeping abreast of relevant legislation, best practice, tools and strategy; develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and on site staff; assist with HR such as performance management, recruitment, and induction/onboarding; and any all other duties as required.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
Certificate IV OHS
Understands all the basic OHS high risk activities
Understand and interpret a workplace policies and procedures;
Able to carry out safety inspections
Able to use Microsoft suite HSE management software
Experience in assisting supervision and management with HSE issue / action closeout within the workplace.
