Great opp to join a renown General Insurance Broking firm. Broking training and Tier 1 accreditation on offer. Assist a Director with developing & managing insurance programs for a wide range of businesses.

SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL

Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include - Providing Administrative assistance on Policies including Processing of new business, renewals and endorsement, assisting senior brokers on presentations and meeting preparation; Preparing renewal reports and presentations; Processing invoices; Following up with underwriters; Utilising insurer quote systems; Preparation of quote slips; Processing relevant policy documentation and filing; Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Assisting a Director and Assistant Broker

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

You will need to have a good standard of education and some office administration experience.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Great written and verbal communication skills; the ability to touch type; experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software
