SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL
Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include -
Ensure the customer service process is maintained with clients who enter into new home builds, including conducting pre-start meetings to a high level of competency. Ensure all those engaged for and who work alongside the Company, work in a safe manner, complying with and actively contributing to the Company's Health and Safety policies and procedures, and at all times considering the health, safety and welfare of fellow workers, visitors, clients, the community and the environment. Constantly promote and uphold the Core Values of the company
Provide superior service to the clients assigned to you in line with customer service mandate including return of client calls and emails in a timely manner, receive incoming calls during business hours; Ensure that all visitors' enquiries are dealt with in a professional and polite manner; Conduct prestart meetings and adhere to weekly targets as outlined by your manager. Liaise with clients and colour selections team for booking in client selection meetings as required; Monitor prestart final plans in drafting and report any delays to your manager; Check prestart final plans with a high attention to detail and issue to clients in line with company standard; Monitor outstanding final plans to ensure they are returned within a timely matter; Provide clients with updates throughout the prestart process and report client concerns to your manager; Follow up finance and settlement updates as required; Action scheduling job queries within a timely manner; Assist in the implementing of procedures; Update Business Craft notes and tasks at every interaction with client and job activity; Update prestart selection room with new product as directed by management; Other reasonable duties as directed by your Manager or senior executive of the Company.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
experience within the residential building industry
Extensive customer service experience
Current Drivers' license
Microsoft Office Suite (beginner/intermediate)
